• Tours & Holiday Packages: All bespoke holiday packages, curated tours, and group itineraries are subject to availability and formal confirmation by our team. Prices and itineraries are tailored to user specifications.
• Car Hire: Vehicle rental arrangements facilitated through the platform are governed by specific third-party fleet guidelines, driver verification, and local operational requirements.

3. PL⚡TT Mobility & EV Charging Network

• Network Access: The PL⚡TT EV charging network allows users to access charging infrastructure via direct QR code scanning and immediate mobile payment options without requiring mandatory permanent account sign-ups or app downloads.
• Usage & Liability: Users of the PL⚡TT charging stations agree to operate charging equipment safely, adhere to posted station instructions, and pay all incurred session fees promptly. Travelplott LTD is not liable for vehicle incompatibilities, grid interruptions, or damages arising from improper use of charging hardware.

4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

• Transactions: All service fees, tour bookings, and charging sessions must be settled using accepted payment methods on the platform.
• Cancellations: Tour and holiday package cancellations are subject to the specific terms outlined during your booking confirmation, factoring in third-party vendor policies (hotels, transport, excursions).

5. Limitation of Liability

Travelplott LTD acts as a facilitator for travel services, mobility solutions, and lifestyle logistics. We accept no liability for direct, indirect, or consequential losses, delays, or injuries resulting from independent third-party suppliers, governmental travel restrictions, or public utility interruptions.
